Your commitment to excellence and high work standards will ensure successful collaboration with our passionate and leading team of scientists, engineers, and technologists. Together, we will create an inspiring environment where each individual is empowered to help build a better, more sustainable future.

I started working at Strum soon after graduation, and I have been here for 11 years. During this time, I have grown tremendously in both my technical and management skills. Strum has always been a welcoming workplace, supporting my career and personal growth while encouraging high-quality work. The most rewarding aspect of my job, and the reason I come to work every day, is to help design and construct facilities that benefit our communities. It is a fulfilling experience to drive by a project we have worked on and show my kids what I am involved in.

Richard Wile, P. Eng. – Senior Civil Engineer

I feel very fortunate to be part of the team at Strum, and I take pride in the work we do. We have established processes that empower our biologists to learn and grow collaboratively, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality deliverables. It is incredibly rewarding to work alongside our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle and to assist them in planning projects that we can confidently present to regulators and communities.
