Over the past decade, we have welcomed 130 new employees through strategic hiring initiatives and various acquisitions, enriching our company culture and broadening our perspectives. This diverse talent pool empowers us to innovate and respond effectively to the needs of our clients.

Our employee manual clearly outlines our anti-discrimination policy and informs our hiring practices aimed at targeting underrepresented groups.

We continue to focus on the representation of women across all levels of our organization. As of 2023, our workforce comprises 42% women and 58% men. Our leadership team includes two female vice presidents, and succession planning will welcome four more women to the team in early 2025.

We continue to listen and learn. We conduct an annual company-wide engagement survey to help understand how our employees feel about the company and our direction. Our employee satisfaction score for 2023 was 82%. This feedback will guide us in implementing improvements that prioritize employee growth and job satisfaction.

We ensure equality through pay equity. We conduct an annual wage review that aligns with standard industry wage ranges and merit. By ensuring that employees with similar knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience are compensated equally for the same or comparable work, we reinforce our commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.

We actively encourage off-site staff activities to strengthen working relationships contributing to a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
