The Operational Permitting & Approvals team is comprised of environmental scientists, engineers, geoscientists, and hydrogeologists with a range of expertise and specializations within the industrial sector. We support projects as they move towards construction by completing the required provincial and federal permitting and any associated offsetting (e.g. fisheries, wetland, ecological). Our team has successfully permitted chemical manufacturing and storage facilities (hydrogen, ammonia, sustainable fuels, pyrolysis, and biochar), solid waste facilities (construction and demolition debris, composting, and solid waste transfer stations), oil and gas sites, as well as gravel pits and quarries. We have experience with management and monitoring of dangerous goods, hazardous materials, air, noise, soil, and water baseline studies, as well as construction and post-construction monitoring. We also develop and maintain contingency and emergency response plans, green house gas inventory & assessment programs and are able to conduct green freight fleet energy assessments.

We support clients by preparing successful applications for approval, renewal, and amendment and guide them through the regulatory process associated with developing, constructing, and operating an industrial project. We pride ourselves on developing budget conscious client-driven solutions.
