Strum has been awarded a contract with Emera Newfoundland and Labrador (ENL) to complete an extensive legal survey of over 90 kilometers of proposed power transmission line routing extending from Point Aconi in Cape Breton to Woodbine along with related grounding line tracts. This project began in Fall 2013 and will be completed by Spring 2014. Crews have been working to ensure the work is completed in an efficient and timely manner. The key to the project is to ensure that project route boundaries are marked, that all land ownership and survey easement are clearly identified, and that ownership issues are resolved.
