Guysborough, Nova Scotia

Strum was involved in the development of a distillery in Guysborough, NS.  The involvement centered around site surveying to determine land ownership, and development and submission of re-zoning of a former golf course and residential area to gain a development agreement to construct and carry out the business of the distillery. Site development works involved the assessment of groundwater resources as potable water for the operation including assessment of both long-term yield and water quality.  The project also involved civil works surrounding the physical plant site itself, design and installation of site services, and expansion of the local sewage plant to accommodate effluent discharge.
