Strum assisted with the redevelopment of a large commercial site in Dartmouth, NS. Formerly a large commercial and retail mall, this site was re-purposed, new retail chains were added, and rezoning of former commercial lands to residential is underway. Site activities have involved Environmental Assessment, Hazardous Materials Assessment, and supervision of various aspects of site demolition and reconstruction. Contaminant issues have been supervised, a risk assessment completed, and future residential development planning is currently underway.
