Mount Cameron Estates is a prestigious residential subdivision overlooking Antigonish Harbour and will consist of nearly 300 residential lots as well as a seniors retirement village when completed. Phase 1 of the development included the creation of 100 lots where the client`s objective was to showcase and maximize the view. Strum Consulting prepared several concept plans for the development, including horizontal road alignment, septic design, and lot layouts. Strum also provided detailed survey plans and construction survey services.
