A day in your life at Strum:
- Coordinating with project managers and finance team for timely and accurate record costs and budgets.
- Assisting project managers with documentation and maintaining project records.
- Generating and sending invoices to customers according to their specifications.
- Preparing and submitting billing reports and analysis to management and clients as required.
- Reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies.
- Maintaining records of invoices, payments and accounts status.
- Following up with clients and collecting overdue balances.
- Resolving any discrepancies or errors in billing data and payments.
What you bring to Strum:
Qualifications:
- A degree, technical diploma or equivalent training and experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Project management administrative skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects, manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF Exchange.
- Problem-solving skills in order to correct invoice errors and discrepancies promptly to ensure that accounts are processed and presented to clients in a timely fashion.
- Ability to work in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment.
